EA 3423 A&B (1:1) Dual Cartridge
Loctite EA 3423
structural bonding is a two-component,
high viscosity, thixotropic
epoxy adhesive
that cures at room
temperature after mixing. It is a general purpose, non-sag
adhesive that develops
high strength
on a wide range of
substrates. Its thixotropic properties enable Loctite 3423 to
bond rough vertical surfaces made from metal, ceramic, rigid
plastics or wood through gaps of up to 3mm.
When cured, the adhesive can be sanded to a smooth finish.
It is ideal for bonding metal components, is excellent for
metal and has good humidity resistance.

is a two-component room temperature curing
epoxy adhesive
that has been developed for use in
food
contact
applications. It has a medium cure speed and when cured, has good
chemical resistance. Typically Loctite 9480 is used to assemble
pieces of metal and / or plastics in food processing and packaging
machines, as well as household applications such as mixers, pasta
machines and microwave ovens, etc. For these applications the
adhesive is generally located between the adherent materials,
therefore direct food contact of the adhesive is not intended, but may
occur incidentally via the bond line of the applied adhesive.

Loctite 9466
is a tough, multi-purpose, industrial grade
epoxy
adhesive
with extended workable life. Once mixed, the two-
component epoxy cures at room temperature to form a tough,
off-white bond which provides
high peel resistance
and high
shear strength. The fully cured epoxy is resistant to a wide range of
chemicals and solvents, and acts as an excellent electrical insulator.
Loctite 9466 provides excellent bond strengths to a wide variety of
substrates like metals, ceramic and most plastics. Typical applications
include general purpose industrial applications requiring extended
work life for adjusting parts during assembly.
